What’s not to love about this sake? Made with wine yeast, it is slightly effervescent which is so refreshing.
On the nose, you get aromas of curing salts which reminds me of 🥓, and some ricey🍚 and fruity notes of muscat🍇 and citrus🍋.
It is sweet, sour/acidic, light-bodied and has that nice refreshing, mid-finish. Careful not to drink it too fast! 😝
The flavor also develops through the bottle as the fizz starts to mellow down. A must-try if you chance upon it… (这是我的菜)
