An aged nama (since 2020)? A futsushu? Unconventional, yet lovely in so many ways.

I was glad to have found this gem when I visited @sake.st , aromas of damp grass, earthy with a touch of nuttiness. With complex flavors and a nice earthy, dry finish.

While I can’t remember exactly all the tasting notes of it. I’m sure to return to try more of @asamadake_komoro1841 ‘s sake. 😋😋😋
