Just dreaming of this beautiful glass of mizumoto. I got aromas of graham crackers, and as it starts to warm up, mellow aromas of coffee ☕️ / cocoa start to surface. Slight cream-yellow in color.
Medium-full bodied with the typical yogurty, creamy notes expected from a mizumoto with a slightly sweet front balanced beautifully with a mid-length sourish finish, which makes it enjoyable, classy and not cloying.
Another sake that’s right up my flavour profile.
