Notes - This is a regular 🍶 from Mutsu Hassen lineup. Brewed with Hanafubuki 🌾 and yeast from Aomori prefecture, the 🍶 is full and robust in the mouth with lots of umami. Hints of steam 🍚 aroma can be felt once the bottle is opened. Medium acidity with a short orangy ending after every sip.

This was the 2nd bottle at dinner @shokkan_shibuya. Came just at the right time to pair with the heavier dishes consisting of bamboo shoot chives springroll and grilled beef tenderloin. I always have an exquisite liking towards Tokubetsu as I often find them more complex and intricate as they carry ginjo notes and yet coupled with something uniquely different from others.

An awesome 🍶 to end the dinner with. 👍 👍
