Overall - 2nd time dining at Sushi Raku within 2 weeks. This time decided to try the Maborosinotaki Junmai Ginjo just because of the food which I will be pairing with which are largely sushi and sashimi and I didn’t want something that will overpower the natural and simple taste of the food hence decided on a Junmai Ginjo. This sake has fruity fragrance which consists of 🍌 and 🍑. The light taste and body is just the right fit for the food. With a medium sweetness and short length, it makes this sake very refreshing and easy to drink. It is easily emptied by 2 of us within an hour. This sake needs to be drank chilled to enjoy the smoothness and the aroma of it. I would say that this is almost like a summer sake which is always welcomed in a tropic country like Singapore. This sake should also fall in between Kun-Shu and So-Shu category.
Overall, this is a good sake.
