This had a thicker, creamy texture with a short clean finish and some acidity to it. Was expecting it to be a lot drier given that it’s a karakuchi with SMV +7.
Couldn’t identify the aromatics (if any).
The website says “best to pair with wok fries dishes…”
But I paired it with the 4-cheese double patty burger from Wildfire and I was not disappointed. 🤤
