Eiko Fuji Junmai Daiginjo MNG (2023 Special Limited Edition)

Rice: Yukiwakamaru
Prefecture: Yamagata

A well-balanced sake, definitely one that you would expect from Eiko Fuji. A light-medium bodied, aromatic and acidic mid-finish.

Aromas of muscat, pineapple🍍, peach🍑. Had the opportunity to taste this in the various vessels (wine glass, guinomi & sakazuki).

The sakazuki was probably my most preferred choice as it gave the sake more body, and gave it an overall better balance.

I would say I enjoyed this more than their sake mirai too. Worth trying if you can get your hands on this! 😋
