Dewatsuru Sparkling Sake Ashitae

Dewatsuru Sparkling sake Ashitae from Akita prefecture. Dewatsuru not only producing nice sake but well known for their sparkling sake too. Beside their sparkling sakura Emaki, this awa-sake sparkling won bronze in 2017 and gold in 2019.

It is fruity aroma with nose of lemon and lime, well balanced sweetness.

Delicate and fine bubbles.
