Hakkaisan 八海山 Ginjo Seimai Buai 50%

Having a mid week 🍸 to gear up for the big shit coming on Friday. 八海山 Hakkaisan 🍶Ginjo Seimai Buai 50% served hana bie はなびえ. 8️⃣🌊⛰has always been one of my favourite brand for easy to drink 🍶. Goes well with my take home supermarket 🍣.

Color - Colorless
Aroma - flowery, peach, barley
Taste - light
Umami - low
First impression - lively
Body - light
Sweetness - medium dry
Tail/length - short
Overall - Good sake. The flowery note compliment the light taste of the sake. The body is light and well balance. The aroma and body is typical of a 50% seimai buai ginjo sake. Made from Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice, it gives the sake a lovely note to compliment cold dish like sushi and sashimi. It enhances the freshness of the raw fish and makes you want to eat more and drink more. Overall, it is a very easy to drink sake.
