1. A Purchase from this Guide is only available to people who have reached the legal drinking age in their country of residence.
2. All orders are subject to stock availability. The Macallan reserves the right to limit quantities in any given period.
3. Payment for goods can only be made using one of the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Master- Card, American Express, Eurocard or Switch. No cash payments will be accepted through the post.
4. The Macallan reserve the right to alter the prices of the goods on offer in this Guide or online at any time without prior notice. However, the total price quoted will not change after your order has been acknowledged and that price includes UK duty, VAT, packing and delivery to the address you provide at the time of ordering.
5. Where orders are placed for bottles these will be supplied in 700m1 with the exception of those markets where 750m1 is a legal requirement. These countries are Canada, Columbia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Israel, Peru, South Africa, and the United States at the time of going to print (September 2002). Where orders are placed for miniatures, these will be supplied in 50m1 bottles. Orders will normally be fulfilled within 28 days of receipt. Within two working days of receiving your order you will receive a confirmation of your order by email/ phone along with your order reference number. This number should be retained for future reference.
6. If upon delivery of your order, the goods are damaged or incorrect, please contact us and have your order number to hand. Arrangements can then be made for your order to be returned at our cost, and either refunded or replaced, if available, according to your preferences. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. If, upon delivery of your order, you change your mind and wish to cancel all or part of your order for any reason, you may do so up to 7 days after the day of delivery of the goods. You will be responsible for paying the return postage and packaging (using adequate packaging). We will refund your credit card with an amount equivalent to the returned goods (including the original postage charge) within 30 days of cancellation. 8. So that we can contact you with details of exclusive offers, we will store your details (name, address and other details) in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Your credit card details will not be stored for longer than 6 weeks after processing of the initial order. Your personal details will be held for use by The Macallan Distillers Ltd. and will not be made available to any third parties unless required by law.
