Hennessy has announced a collaboration with acclaimed artist Jean-Michel Othoniel, revealing two exquisite new decanters designed by him. This
partnership merges the realms of fine art and luxury spirits, resulting in two
extraordinary creations: the Hennessy X.O Masterpiece and the Hennessy X.O Limited Edition created by Othoniel, who is renowned for his sculptures and hand-blown glass artworks.

The Hennessy X.O Masterpiece has a Baccarat crystal decanter adorned with multi-faceted gemstone-like features. It is said to embody Othoniel's love for light and reflections.

It is also encased in hand-carved oak wood which is reminiscent of Hennessy’s iconic barrels.

Meanwhile, the Hennessy X.O Limited Edition has its decanter encased in a golden metal shell with a red dome piece in the middle. It's surface also possesses intricate angles and facets which similarly catch and reflect light. This second shell is reusable with the standard Hennessy X.O decanter.

For the Limited Edition's limited-edition decanter, Othoniel's signature is emblazoned on the neck of the bottle instead of the characteristic Hennessy logo. 

It has a unique opening feature that allows for the bottle inside to be either refilled or replaced, contributing to Hennessy's sustainability goals. The gift box it comes in is also sustainably packaged and recyclable, with a pattern inspired by the wooden casing of the Masterpiece.

In Singapore, only 300 bottles of Hennessy X.O Limited Edition will be available island-wide at Cold Storage from Sep 2. This includes outlets at MBS, Tanglin Mall, Takashimaya and Paragon.
