George Clooney Rejoins Casamigos Co-Founders On New Non Alcoholic Crazy Mountain Beer

George Clooney is reuniting with his Casamigos partners, Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman, to break into the nonalcoholic beer market with a new brand: Crazy Mountain.

The beer will be a 65-calorie, alcohol-free beer, that is set to roll out in select markets in 2026, available in classic lager and lime variations.

The brand said in a release that it is positioning itself as a beer for consumers who want to “live healthier without giving up the taste, ritual, camaraderie, and satisfaction of drinking a cold one".

Crazy Mountain is ditching the standard non-alcoholic method of removing the alcohol after brewing. Instead of pulling the alcohol out and risking a watery finish, the brand has engineered a brewing process that never includes it to begin with, but promises the "integrity of the flavor" remains untouched.

The trio are the latest to capitalize on an increasing trend of non-alcoholic beverages, and especially the trend of celebrity-backed nonalcoholic beer such as Tom Holland’s Bero and more recent entrants such as Charlie Sheen's Wild AF brewing.

This is the first initiative by the trio since they founded Casamigos tequila in 2013, before selling to spirits giant Diageo in 2017 for $1 billion.
