Heaven Hill's Heritage Collection is ready for its fourth release, an 19 Year Old Small Batch Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey that's 51% Wheat, 37% Corn and 12% Malted Barley, and bottled at 61% ABV or 122 Proof, distilled in three runs across 2005. It has been aged at Rickhouse Y, on the 5th and 6th Floor.
The Heritage Collection has seen a previous 18 Year Old Bourbon, 17 Year Old Bourbon and a 20 Year Old Corn expression.
