Butter believe it! Renowned Australian Gin distillery Four Pillars has partnered up with the equally-famous Lune Croissanterie to launch a limited edition Croissant Gin fashioned in the style of Lune's beloved croissants.
Lune Croissanterie is a Melbourne-born bakery started by a Ex-Formula 1 Aerodynamicist, Kate Reid. The bakery's claim to fame lies in their world famous croissants, which are said to use twice the amount of butter than your average croissant.

Clarified butter from Lune was a key ingredient in the Four Pillars Croissant Gin.
The Croissant Gin includes Four Pillar's classic dry gin base, distilled with the addition of roasted almonds and Lune’s caramel-smelling clarified butter. Other complementary botanicals include vanilla pods, macadamia nuts, roasted wattleseed, nutmeg, oranges and lemon myrtle.
According to the brand, the gin is said to boast a buttery mouthfeel, a touch of warm spice and a hint of sweetness, and was designed for rich and textural G&Ts and brunch-inspired cocktails like a gin-spiked Almond Latte.
Launched on 13 February 2025, the new release is available across all Four Pillars channels and select Endeavour Group stores nationwide at an RRP of $80. For a limited time only, the first consumers to purchase the gin around the country will be entitled to either a free Lune croissant, gift voucher or both.
