Fair trade French spirits brand Fair has ushered two new flavours into its liqueur lineup: Coconut and Mango. Both products are Fairtrade-certified, in line with the rest of the Fair range, and are distilled at the brand's facility in the Cognac region of France.
Fair Coconut is made with fresh coconuts ethically sourced from the Philippines. It's said to carry aromatic notes of fresh coconut and hints of cacao on the nose, giving way to a smooth, nutty palate with a delicate toasted quality and a long, lingering finish. It picked up a Gold Medal at the 2025 Liqueur Masters in London. UK distributor Mangrove suggests serving the expression in a simple mixed drink or a more complex cocktail like the Coconut Negroni. Fair's own website also spotlights a Piña Colada build featuring the liqueur.
Fair Mango, alternatively, is made with fresh Peruvian mangoes and is recommended in a Mango Daiquiri or Spritz. Tasting notes suggest fresh mango and tropical fruits on the nose, a balanced palate of fresh mango, vanilla and a little sweetness.
The new expressions will launch in the UK through Mangrove Global, with Mangrove predicting the products to be a ‘natural fit’ for lower-ABV cocktails and spritzes. Fair has championed ethical production since the brand's founding and calling the new liqueurs a showcase of what Fair does best – high-quality liquid with genuine versatility for bartenders.
At 18% ABV each, both expressions retail for £25.75 (US$34) for a 700ml bottle.
The coconut and mango additions expand Fair's already extensive liqueur portfolio, which also includes cucumber and coffee expressions alongside more exotic options such as kumquat, chipotle, açaí, elderflower, passion fruit, and ginger.
