67 Pall Mall Announces New Shanghai Location: The World's Premier Members Wine Club Makes Its Mark In China

A significant step for London-headquartered 67 Pall Mall, the renowned Members' Club for wine lovers has finalized a lease that marks its first substantial foray into a Mainland China venue.
Situated at the Grand Mansion of No. 7 Donghu Road within Donghu Garden in Shanghai's Xuhui District, the grounds were built in 1925 by British businessman Raymond Joseph, and is a striking French Renaissance-style garden mansion.
Spanning over 1,330 square meters, it's strategically located within the triangular garden at the intersection of Donghu Road and Middle Huaihai Road. Over its nearly 100-year history, this iconic landmark has played many roles. It has served as various government bureaus and was once home to some of China's most prominent magnates.
Beyond its architectural beauty and residential past, the Grand Mansion holds significant diplomatic importance. It has hosted several high-profile international events, including the historic negotiations between U.S. President Richard Nixon and Premier Zhou Enlai, among others.

The Club will feature an array of exquisite spaces for members to enjoy, including a Grand Salon for members to relax and connect; the Greenhouse, a sun-drenched room offering views of the luscious garden; a dedicated whisky bar for rare and fine spirits; and several private rooms ideal for celebratory events.
The Shanghai club is set to become a gem in the 67 Pall Mall group's international portfolio and joins existing locations in London, Verbier, Singapore, and Hong Kong SAR, with future clubs already in development in Melbourne, Bordeaux, and Beaune.
Members of Pall Mall get unprecedented access to an incredibly diverse collection of fine wines. The list boasts 5,000 wines by the bottle and 1,000 by the glass, sourced from 40 countries.
Beyond its global presence, 67 Pall Mall will also be actively promoting Chinese wines with its international platform. The Club has already introduced award-winning Chinese wines at its London and Singapore locations, a testament to partnerships like the Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards.
