It’s been one of those gruelling weeks at work and I had to break into the evening with my favourite- to soften the pace and just punctuate my already hard day! Hadn’t had this one in a Long while. Garnished it with a kafir lime leaf... A very smooth citrus finish with quite a bit of floral notes. There is an underlying ‘heat’ to it and I think that might be the ginger. A great pick-me-up!
