This gin features the juniper forward botanical along with coriander, Angelica, pink peppers, mulberries, pomelo, orange peel and liquorice root.
Tasted, the juniper is still dominant and turns sweet from the mulberry and delicate pomelo and orange peel. Loving this!
The finish is fairly long, with a good deal of that warm, peppery flavour.
