I cracked open Singapore Distillery’s Coconut and Pandan Gin which was gifted to me on my birthday by a good friend and decided to put this cocktail together:
30ml of gin 15ml lime juice 15ml of freshly squeezed pandan juice 15ml of fresh coconut milk 15 ml of Aquafaba 2 teaspoons of homemade simple syrup.
Placed all of it into a cocktail shaker, with ice and gave it a good shake!
