We cruised right back into our favourite haunt and it didn’t take me long to pick out my tipple. Needless to say, a gin based cocktail called out! Blood and Bone draws inspiration from its colour and it’s key ingredients being typically reflective of Australia. It is a creative blend of Citadelle gin, Blood Orange, Eucalyptus tea, ginger, lemon and mint. Served in a dark, opaque little bottle, the cocktail name is beautifully handwritten on the label. The taste of gin is quite a kick to the nose and this delightful concoction boasts flavours that are sweet with refreshing floral notes. Could not put this down!
