Following direct engagement with Dekantā and its legal representatives, we acknowledge that the article contained mischaracterisations regarding:
Dekantā’s corporate independence and structure;
the authenticity of its product offerings, particularly Karuizawa whisky; and
misinformed speculation about the heritage of its founder, Ms. Makiyo Masa.
We sincerely apologise for the publication of these inaccuracies and for any distress or reputational harm caused.
