Singapore's very own Cat Bite Club is ushering in the new year with a brand new cocktail menu anchored by rice and agave spirits, alongside a new Spirits Explorer Passport allowing curious guests to track and explore Singapore’s largest collection of over 200 Mexican and Asian spirits. 

The new menu comprises of a curated selection of cocktails rooted in their two core spirits categories: one page with agave spirits, one page with agave spirits. Guests can also top up each drink experience with a neat pour of the base agave or rice spirit for only $10 more, enabling a comparison of each cocktail's base spirit against its expression in the cocktail. The menu brings the Cat Bite Club brand to life with illustrations of each drink’s glassware, tasting notes and inclusions of ABV alongside the ingredients list.

Beyond just cocktails, the Passport allows guests to explore Singapore’s largest collection of over 200 Mexican and Asian spirits, helping guests track their journey through logging down what they've tried. Those that complete categories of spirits can also earn prizes, such as a lifetime 10% discount on all spirits once all 50 slots for each spirit category is filled in.

The signature cocktails for each category, the Cat Bite Margarita and the Soju Sprint, remain as a familiar anchor for the categories, accompanied by five original drinks in each of the Agave and Rice Spirits category.

A nod to the bar’s former menu concept, a selection of classics diversifies into other spirits categories beyond agave and rice with the New York Sour, Zombie, Gin Gin Mule, Alaska and Espresso Martini.

Following the classics, a page of House Favorites include top sellers from previous menus such as the Meow Now Brown Cow with Herradura Añejo Tequila, Mr Black Coffee Liqueur, banana cordial, vanilla cream, Sherry, aromatic bitters and salt, the 24Karrot with Tokki Gold Soju, Moutai Yingbin, Kirsch, Pecan, Carrot, Bitter Orange, Citrus Blend, Apple Cider Vinegar and other Cat Bite specialties such as the rotating Milk Punch for a Cause, with a portion of sales donated to local cat charities. 

Head Bartender Erika Danielle explains: “Our previous menus were built around classics, which was a way we could introduce people to different agave and rice spirits in a familiar format, this new format continues our mission to educate on these spirit categories, inviting curiosity and interest in the base spirit used in each drink.”
