After the evolution #2, I was sure to get another from these guys hailing from Manchester. I am a United fan after all 😈
This one's clean and crisp. Slightly bitter with an aromatic hoppy aftertaste, with a hint of doughy sweetness throughout. It is a west coast IPA alright - I very much prefer NEIPAs but this one helps to reset your palate. Notes of honeydew and papaya when it warms up a little.
