I got bamboozled. I thought it would be a hazy IPA that'll be as tropical as Drake's Juicy Hoot or Block Party, it's BITTER. Bold bitterness that kind of shocked me after I had a hazy IPA, maybe too bitter for me. Pours so clear, that's either a hit or miss, really.
I get bitterness from walnut peels, and a lingering waxy stickiness. It's kind of spicy too, like sharp spicy, not heat spicy. Real piney (also not for me) but the grassiness lays out a smooth course 'til the end in every mouthful.
Not for me, but those who love sharp and bitter IPAs will!
