This is a cool collaboration between Brewlander and Sunbird Brewing.
Poured with an orangey hazy body, the liquid looks visually quite 'thick' probably because of its high alcohol content. Smells piney, fruity and sweet on the nose. Although high in alcohol, this was quite hidden in the taste and only felt later when your body heats up.
The taste was piney, candy with a short non-lasting bitterness which was quite surprising for an TIPA as I was expecting something overly bitter. This has probably something to do with the 3 hops which were used (El-Dorado, Idaho 7, and Nelson Sauvin).
At higher temperatures, the taste profile didn't changed much and quite consistent. But it may also be that I'm numbed out by the alcohol towards the end. 😅
