alright alright, finally cracking open the Tie Guan Yin Tea Ale from @taiwanheadbrewers (not sure if i should've done so sooner, bc there was little carbonation - but maybe that was intended !) some rye-adjacent and dark fruity notes in the aroma, drinks real smooth - reminding me of a bock style ale. herbal and subtle notes from the tea. (em's palate detected some smokey notes)
