A subtle funky nose to this (prepping me for a wild ride down the citrus lane). Refreshingly tangy yet earthy, but the flavours are a bit complex for me to comprehend right now (I just clocked a long walk under the sun). I don't usually drink saisons in general but as long as there's a bit of funk in the beer; I'm down.
