At one point recently, Stone was cranking out hyperbolically-named IPA after hyperbolically-named IPA, to the extent that I began to wonder if they had forgotten the Old Ways (it didn’t help that they’ve since sold out to Sapporo).
Turns out, the truth lies somewhere in the middle as usual because this year alone we’ve had RuinTen and a new W00tstout arrive in +65! We missed out on the Sublimely Self-Righteous rebrew this year, but I love @beerstyle nonetheless for allowing us to get our hands on these (and the Green Tea IPA which I’m still on the fence about splashing the cash to buy… if any cans are available at all now, even).
