One of the most interesting drinks I have ever tasted in a long while! As crazy as it sounds, the thai mango salad really shines through. Mildly sour, unripe mangoes, spicy down the throat and a tinge of the farmy mead aftertaste to round off the complex experience! Slight vanilla backbone from the barrel but I think I would struggle to tell if I didn't read the description.
