Went for a masterclass at the sake matsuri over the weekend and stayed for more beers (who wouldn't 🤪)
No notes on the beers as we were catching up with Kanako-san after the session. But suffice to say, these were solid brews. I found the Japanese green tea IPA especially unique, with its tea aroma and dryness complimenting the mild hops beautifully.
