Glad to finally make it to Cantillon on their brewing day no less!!! Was fun walking past and under all the running brewing equipment and ending the tour with 3 free tasters. Out of all the drinks I tried (2yo Lambic, Geuze 22 and Kriek 22 & St-Lamvinus 22), Saint-Lamvinus was the clear standout. Subtle in funk but undoubtedly present. Body is extremely clean and refreshing with the merlot grapes coming through so well. Wine-like before finishing with a lasting classic funk.
