Rosa, IPA, Polly's Brew Co.

Rosa | Polly's Brew Co.
Double IPA | ABV 8.4%

Pours a hazy straw yellow. Aromas of dried longan and raw peach gum, very very bitter. So sticky, so resinous...and dank which made me just go 🤧 while drinking. Sappy! That's the word I'll describe this double IPA. Citrusy but not refreshing....dank dark citrusy. Subtle sweetness somewhere, I can't pin-point from where and what.

Truthfully I'm not one for doubles, not reaaaaally, I give chances for double WC IPAs but this is not really for me...but I'll gladly drink a taster of this if I need a beer breaker in between sour sets! Not really the one who can give a fair judgement on this beer too, I bet those who drink Double IPAs like water can describe this more in-depth!

My father's unfiltered review:
"Very hoppy, fair amount of bitterness, not for people who like intense bitterness. Fruity but the bitterness covers it. Thick and malty. I like! You confirm don't like right, I knew it."

Featured hops: Citra, Ekuanot, Galaxy, Mosaic & Simcoe.
