Debs said this is like alcoholic ribena; okay I sort of get that - from how thin it is like a regular ribena bev, the colour, the sweetness & tartness from the blackcurrant but it finishes off slightly bitter. Maybe it's the funk from the Philly sour yeast, but it definitely raised the sour alarm π
