Paradise Plumes, Sour, Sudden Death Brewing × Ārpus Brewing

Paradise Plumes | Sudden Death Brewing × Ārpus Brewing
Fruit Sour | ABV 5.0%

Pours a thick and deep merlot, like a full bodied wine. Sipping this sour while watching another Indonesian horror movie (bless my heart), this sour base is PACKED with all sorts of berries you can think of. Kinda creamy, kinda gooey (honey-wise)...actually it reminds me of whipped honey, or a hot floral honey drizzle over burrata toast.

Gives off gose vibes, a lil salty finish. I get sea buckthorn and roselle fruits mid note. Subtly acidic, sweet yet tart, fruitiness reminiscent of sweet dried cranberries, red currants and overripe sugar plum. A tiny jawbreaker finish at the end, overall a lovely sour which became a palate cleanser from all the sweeter sours I've been drinking.

My father's unfiltered review:
"The colour is throwing me off, it looks like blood pudding. Cannot la, really cannot, give me a lager or pale ale please tolong tolong." 😂😂😅😅😅😅😅😅
