Smoothie Sour | ABV 8.0%

Super tart and super acidic, this makes your mouth water. Jaw-breaking and hella zingy, this is a glass filled with the sourest candies you can ever think of. A common denominator I find in all the flavours are lemon and apple, you'll see why below.

This is a dangerous layered sour that will give you brain freeze if you drink it way too fast. First you get hit with Atomic Warheads (lemon, blue-raspberry & watermelon); then the mellow sweetness in the middle comes from a combination of SweeTarts (green apple & blue punch) and sugared sour tapes. Followed by the bubbly & poppy sensation with a sprinkle of Sour Nerds (lightning lemon, amped apple & shocking strawberry), finished off with flying saucers sweets (or UFO or Satellite Wafers).

If you don't want to get sour shazamed by this, you can start off with one of Rocky Ridge's other sour beers - Rock Candy. That's the tamer version of this, well if you don't dare to conquer this one. Still tart but definitely sweeter than this, that one is a gobstopper.

Food pairing with this - more fruits. I'm snacking on overripe Thai mangoes and watermelon right now 😂
