Pours a plummy purple, pours thin yet a thick mouth-feel. Gentle aromas of blackberry. Subtle jammy notes, not too crazy or intense that might throw or put people off.
Sweet and sour, very balanced. I get the tartness from the berries (raspberries, blueberries & blackberries), and the light juiciness from ripe Australian mangoes. Super smashable, you can hit another beer after this (which I am doing now).
I reckon this will go well with English muffins with a berry jam. We normally say Chef's kiss, I say; "Brewer's kiss"!
