A lil repost since I finally got the entire can of sour goodness to myself. Strong aromas of baked & slightly caramelized banana slices, not perfumey (unlike many artificial banana scents), it's like a freshly baked banana pie sitting out on the window sill.
Imagine ripened banana slices in a blanket of warm vanilla with a subtle sweetness, enveloped by creamy dark and nutty chocolate spread, topped off with fine icing sugar. Smooth, sweet and soft, tart yet comforting.
I don't know where the orange liqueur is but I get a roasty yet sweet flavour profile from a blend of Bailey's Chocolate Luxe Irish cream liqueur, Mozart Dark Chocolate Cream liqueur, Razel's Choco Brownie Rum and a splash of Bottega Crema di Cappuccino.
I HAVE to try more of Funky Fluid's sours, but not sure how I can get more in 🥲 *stares longingly at the huge range of ice cream sours & pastry sours on their website*
