Starting with Fantastic Yeasts and Where to Find Them - Elderflower by @madscientistbeer (acquired from our lovely pals @beerclansg 💙) it pours a light straw colour and quite beautifully clear. ✨️ aroma is pretty mellow, bright and funky notes - in em's words, farmhouse hay bale strained through a gym sock. light to medium acidity. truly a fantastic way to kick things off 🌾🍞
