East Coast DIPA EXP2 | Double NEIPA 7.8% ABV 20 IBU Ekuanot, Calypso and Galaxy hops Beerfarm WA 🇦🇺 Ordered from Thirsty Beer Shop 🇸🇬
Dry & Bitter aren’t the only ones with an East Coast-West Coast comparison series going. Here comes Western Australia’s Beerfarm with a version of their own, and they’ve made it a pair of double IPAs!
I’ll start with the caveat that it’s hard for me to tell one hazy DIPA from another, but I can tell you that this is an enjoyable one. It’s sweet without being cloying, fruity while still tasting like beer, and there’s a decent bitter kick at the end to keep the palate fresh.
I’ve yet to have my can of West Coast DIPA but based on the East Coast DIPA and past experience with Beerfarm’s Brett NEIPA ‘19, there’s a lot to look forward to.
