Smells like a light pear cider, but the taste is totally different. Subtle sweetness of floral honey, silky smooth like prosecco, finishes off with notes of green mango (not too sweet or juicy, just right). I feel like this will pair well with Thai fresh rolls with sweet thai chili sauce, or perfectly glazed moo ping.
I'm not too fond of mead because Gosnells did me dirty the first time I drank mead, but Superstition's won my heart this time! Love the BeeLini too π
