I still remember the first time I had this style from a Taiwan brewery few years back where they added kumquat and ethst was truly memorable. This poured pale yellow. First mouth reminds me of a china lager like Tsingtao, light, refreshing and a mineral water like taste.
There was a little astringent aftertaste but overall, very drinkable... Finished it rather quickly to even write down any other taste notes. 🤣
