A unique take on the West Coast IPA, and playfully named after one of Singapore's favourite childhood games. Mellow, but substantially creamier and maltier than your usual West Coasts. Hints of mango, pine. Always excited to see local breweries experimenting with new flavours - this one did not disappoint. Congrats to the folks at @niangbreweryco on their first year anniversary!
Paired with ngoh hiang from Maxwell. Bloody fantastic too, this. If you have not tried, please do. Their fried egg biscuits(?) and liver rolls are absolutely delicious.
