Impromptu trip to Toronto to catch @thirdmoonbeer 's 3rd year anniversary and my personal GOATs @invent_animate perform live at velvet underground. Hell of a weekend and excited to try all three of the BA anniversary beers. Notes of roasted malts, chocolate cakes, barrels and what I think is a milky note (the lactose maybe?). Savoured this while cold and it gets significantly better as it warms (bottle recommends 14C). Texture is medium with a boozy finish.
Decent BA stout! I think this would do significantly better with age!!!
