So I excitedly discovered one of these at @beercartel . I first tried this on NYE 2015/16 and proclaimed it one to the best beers I’ve ever had. Nothing has changed. It’s hard to find in Sydney so this is only the third time I’ve indulged in this masterpiece of Japanese craft beer but each time it gets better. Citrus, honey and pine tones combine well. Low carbonation. There might be trendier Imperial IPA out there now but for me this is the benchmark.
