The merest mention of cherry flavours normally makes me think of pink Belgian Krieks or other over-sweetened varieties. This is at the other end of the spectrum as if anything it's too bitter. The cherry aroma and taste is wonderful, and has a sharp bite that would be better complemented by a stronger cacao flavour.Probably too tart for session drinking but a nice find and well worth trying.
