Whiskey Sour:

You guys know how to make one of these. But here’s my specs and a nice picture of a classic drink.

2oz BOURBON (@bulleit)
3/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1/4oz 2:1 SIMPLE SYRUP
EGG WHITE
—————
•Combine ingredients and dry shake to aerate egg
•Add large rock or ice and vigorously shake
•Double strain into chilled nick and nora
•Garnish with drops of bitters
