This drink was invented by Michael Yusko at Cure in New Orleans. I love a Rum Old Fashioned, so this Rum Manhattan variation was right up my alley.

3/4oz SWEET VERMOUTH (@cocchi1891)
1/2oz JAMAICAN OVERPROOF RUM (@smithandcrossrum)
1/2oz LICOR 43 (@licor43usa)

•Combine ingredients and stir
•Strain over large rock of ice in a lowball
•Garnish with orange peel
