1oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
3/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
3/4oz ORGEAT (@liquidalchemist)
2 dashes CHOCOLATE BITTERS (@angosturahouse)
5 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTERS

•Combine ingredients minus the aromatic bitters and shake
•Strain over crushed or pebble ice
•Pour bitters on top
•Garnish with pineapple fronds
