Sazerac:

The Sazerac is the official cocktail of New Orleans. It has become one of my all-time favorites. Plus I get to use my atomizer!

1.5oz RYE WHISKEY (@rittenhouse.rye)
1/2oz VSOP COGNAC (@abk6cognac)
3 Dashes PEYCHAUD’S BITTERS (@peychaudsaperitivo)
2 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)
SUGAR CUBE
ABSINTHE

•Rinse glass in absinthe using atomizer, place in freezer
•In a stirring glass, muddle sugar cube and bitters into a paste
•Add booze and stir with ice
•Strain into chilled whiskey glass
•Garnish with lemon peel
