1oz COFFE LIQUEUR (@mrblackspirits)
1/4oz 1:1 SIMPLE SYRUP
1 ESPRESSO SHOT
FRESH GRATED PARMESAN

•Combine ingredients and shake 10 seconds
•(it’s preferable to let the espresso cool first )
•Double strain into chilled coupe
•Garnish with Parmesan cheese
